East Hill Family Medical, Inc. was incorporated in 1971 as a family planning agency, but is now licensed by New York State as a full-service diagnostic and treatment center. In 2008, it was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike, and in June 2012 received New Access Point funds to become a Section 330 FQHC. It has a long history of providing primary care medical services to low-income, medically undeserved individuals and families. Its current services include adult and pediatric medical and dental services, behavior health, health education and reproductive health. East Hill’s service delivery module uses an interdisciplinary team of physicians and mid-level practitioners, behavioral health workers, dentist and dental hygienists to provide a full continuum of primary care for all ages at full time comprehensive health centers at two sites in Auburn. Our Metcalf Plaza location (144 Genesee Street) focuses primarily on adult medicine, behavioral health, dental care, and reproductive health. East Hill also employs three community health educators. Our North Fulton Street location (13 North Fulton Street) focuses on pediatric care. East Hill also operates two Title X family planning clinics at locations outside Cayuga County.
