We do not accept Medicaid or offer Home Care Physical Therapy The NovaCare Rehabilitation facility in Tuckerton NJ is located at 798 Route 539 (locally known as Green Street) next to the Sea Oaks Surgical Center and less than a quarter mile from the George A Mitchell elementary school. Our facility is staffed by three experienced clinicians that have been serving the area for over ten years. We have nearly 40 years of combined clinical expertise to help guide your rehabilitation. We specialize in the efficacious treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries, joint replacements, arthroscopic and open procedures for repair or reconstructive purposes. We also treat balance and vestibular disorders with a variety of techniques including the Epley maneuver, Brant-Daroff exercises, habituation and proprioceptive activities. Recently, we have initiated a program for lower extremity prosthetic rehabilitation and gait training. We are active members of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Amputee Coalition of America. All of our clinicians are certified in the use of Graston Technique for instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization applications. Our staff is dedicated to excellent care and patient education so that you fully understand your injury or surgical procedure and rehabilitation program. We have a strong commitment to continuing education for our patients and our staff. This facility has hosted at least one course accredited by the State of New Jersey every year for the past three consecutive years.
