We Are There When You Need Us Most. Hospice of Northern Colorado, Inc. is a local non-profit hospice serving the Northern Colorado community since 1978. We provide quality end-of-life care in the patients home, assisted living facility, nursing home or at our In-Patient Care Center located at NCMC on the 5th floor. We believe that hospice is about living. We strive to give people access to what they need so they will have the best possible quality of life.
