With his extensive experience in home health rehabilitation, Sajan saw an opportunity to meet a valuable need that existing home health agencies were unable to provide. After discharge from home health services, many patients in the community were unable to go to physical therapy and occupational therapy in the outpatient setting due to physical limitations or restrictions. This inconvenience was just too great. Advance at Home PT was developed to bring individualized outpatient therapy services directly to the patients home to allow continued care. House calls allow our team of therapists to provide a personalized plan of care that ensures maximum safety and compliance. With this approach, we bring the service directly to the patient in their natural environment. Treatments focus on returning an individual to their prior level of function and gaining their maximum level of independence with a professional evidence based approach. Physical Therapy services through aahpt house Calls are considered outpatient therapy by Medicare and most private insurance carriers. The cost of your therapy session will be the same as if you were to attend therapy at an outpatient facility. All co-pays are due, in-full, at time of treatment. We currently accept Medicare and are in network for many private insurance groups. Please contact us so that we can discuss the options available with your insurance. If you choose not to use insurance, payment for physical therapy services can be made out-of-pocket at time of service. Our current rate is comparable to outpatient facilities.
