She specializes in the integration of manual therapies such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, mobilization, trigger point release, somatoemotional release, lymphatic drainage, joint and visceral manipulation, She adds her 50+ years of experience as a dancer and her studies in Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Technique, yoga, and Pilates, and Floor-Barre certification to her work in exercise and movement reeducation. While Kesler Physical Massage Therapy is out of network with insurance companies, coverage is available under physical therapy out of network benefits depending on your plan, with a medical condition that needs physical therapy. Most recently, she has become the only Physical Therapist in the USA to become a Certified Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Teacher, taught by master dance teacher Ms. Rommett, 89, herself. May is adapting Floor-Barre for those recovering from injuries and musculoskeletal dysfunction. This will bring the Floor-Barre Technique from the elite dancers world to help those who need gentle but simply effective strengthening most.
