Your consistent 2-3x per weekly workout will ensure you develop a stable core and dynamic movement, leading to an extraordinary outcome. Work with Janette 2-3 times per week in group classes or privately, to achieve your next level, with our Pilates sequence of exercises. The apparatus facilitates the stability and spring resistance for the specialized Pilates stretch, strengthen, elongation, alignment and core power connection. Apparatus Classes in groups are offered Monday-Saturday with Private lessons by appointment.
