We are a locally owned, factory authorized, state of the art electronic service facility doing business in the Hudson Valley since 1945. We specialize in in-home repair. We repair HDTV, Plasma, LCD, DLP televisions as well as CRT and Projection type TVs. Walk-ins welcome or call to schedule a trained service technician to come to your home. Estimate and home call information: Shop estimate policy There is a $40 fee paid in advance ($20 Estimate fee+ $20 Hazmat Deposit) and that $40 is deducted from the repair cost if the unit is repaired. Shop estimates take 14 workdays, Sat/Sun & Holidays do not count. There is also a next business day estimate available for an additional $10. That $10 is not deductible or refundable. If your item is not repaired for any reason you will get $20 back if you pick up the item. Please note that Sat., Sun. and holidays do not count as workdays In the unlikely event that a repeat failure occurs you will be asked for the $20 hazmat deposit when dropping the unit off. The Hazmat fee is 100% refunded if you pick the item up. Items left 30 past notification will be discarded accordingly. Home Call Policy: There is a trip fee plus parts and labor. The technician will examine your item and provide you with an estimate for parts cost and labor cost. When the work is done $30 of the trip fee comes off the labor. If the work is not done for any reason then the trip fee is a non-refundable service charge. The trip fee varies depending on area. We will verify your area and trip fee when you call.
