In addition to our 24 station circuit workout, we now offer a spacious functional training / free weight area for members to do their own workouts and a fully loaded cardio room. For those into group classes, FLEX offers over30 weekly that include Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, TRX, Barre, Zumba and more. And on Saturday mornings at 9am, we offer free outside boot camp! Looking to fast track your results, consider Personal Training.
