We carry an extensive collection of modern fabric from designers such as Anna Marie Horner, Tula Pink, Lotta Jansdotter and Joel Dewberry. You'll find a large selection of medium-weight 100% cotton fabric, along with organic fabrics, knit, voile, flannel, linen, and denim. Additionally, we have a wonderful assortment of designer patterns, books, hand embroidery designs, embellishments, and notions, to meet a wide variety of creative needs. Sewing Lounge Escape the cares of the day and enjoy some leisure sewing time in our relaxing lounge area, or sip a cup of coffee while you peruse magazines and books. We provide everything you need to work on your project, from sewing machines and cutting tables, to rotary tools, scissors, and pins...and you don't even have to put it away when your done (this ain't your mama's sewing room). Classes We offer a wide range of classes for stitchers of all styles and skill levels. You'll find classes on quilting, fashion, bag making, and home décor, as well as classes especially for kids...we want to inspire the young ones too! Don't forget to join us for Friday Night Sew-In's once a month, where you can chill with other crafty types while you work on your projects, snack, and enjoy fun music. Stitched Design Club To inspire the next generation of fashion sewists, we offer this one semester program (meeting once weekly for one hour) for children ages 8 and up, which includes their own “Project Runway” experience. Using a proven curriculum, our lessons guide kids from learning how to use a sewing machine, to using commercial patterns, while encouraging them to exercise their creativity with each project. This class teaches children the value of sewing, a life-long skill that fosters creativity, develops patience, social aptitude and problem-solving skills.
