What sets us apart from the rest is Dutch-style intense program which will teach you advanced techniques that will help you execute master class level floral arrangement Seminars and lessons are created for those who want to work with some of the world's leading floral designers and refresh their skills. Our school is for those who want to find inspiration, to be part of a vibrant movement of high-level floral designers, and want to network with like-minded talented creative people. Serious students of floriculture will learn floral arrangements and the business of flower shop management. The school was established by Tatiana Chelekhova. Tatiana is an international award winning designer with more than 30 years of experiences. She has earned her right to be considered one of the most original and brilliant designers, and she creates new directions in the art of floral design. Master's compositions are so unusual that often it's difficult to describe them. Tatiana took floral design to the level of free art, filled with beauty and reason. Based in Chicago, Illinois, our floral design classes serve commuter students from Chicagoland as well as attract national and international attendees from across the globe.

The Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Arts, located on Chicago's Gold Coast, is the place for you. It is a non-profit educational institution that consists of artists wanting to fine-tune their artistic skills through classes, workshops and exhibitions. We offer art classes in oil painting, drawing, watercolor and sculpture and have exhibitions all year round! We provide more than 60 hours per week of open studio sessions with live models. The Palette and Chisel is the premier institution for figure drawing, painting and sculpting. The Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Arts values our students' growth. The new members join as Associate Members, then after one year they can become Artist Members with additional benefits and responsibilities. As an Associate Member, you will have the opportunity to master and develop some of your techniques you have already acquired in our open studio sessions. You will also receive discounts on classes, and if you have a teaching background you may be able to rent space and teach a class! As an Artist Member, you are able to exhibit your work in the galleries of our 1870's Italianate Mansion. invited to the award exhibition, the Gold Medal Show, as well as the chance to vote at regular quarterly membership meetings.
