Owners Joan Schaming and Ronald Williams opened Balic of Clinton the late Fall of 2004, with a vision of creating a unique Wine Boutique in the quaint, historic Town of Clinton in Hunterdon County NJ. Balic of Clinton features over 20 wines from Balic Winery of Mays Landing. Reds, whites, semi-sweets as well as six fruit wines (Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Cranberry, Mango, Raspberry and Pomegranate) are offered for tasting everyday. In June 2012, they moved their shop to a new location at 20 Main Street to bring this winetasting experience to the heart of Town and within 1/2 block or less access to local BYOB restaurants. Wine tasting is not the only feature of Balic of Clinton...gourmet foods, olive oils, specialty teas and fine chocolates add to the culinary fineries. Recently Balic of Clinton became a KEURIG Retailer with a full line of KEURIG products and coffees. Balic of Clinton also offers the largest selection of wine accessories in the area including wine decanters and crystal, wine aerators, electric wine openers, wine totes and picnic baskets/backpacks as well as other wine necessities. Gift baskets (custom and pre-made) and personalized labeling add to the special experience at Balic of Clinton.
