Our Service Steak Shop Catering & Food Service still prepares its recipes from fresh ingredients much like in 1931 when it was a restaurant in downtown Winona. We cut our steaks fresh for your event; and all entrees, soups, and salads are made fresh in our kitchen specifically for your event. Our famous potato salad is made the old-fashioned way with whole fresh potatoes. Who Do We Cater To? Steak Shop Catering & Food Service caters to international businesses such as RTP and Peerless Chain, schools (Cotter Schools, Bluffview Montessori, St. Martin's Lutheran School, Minnesota State College Southeast Technical-Winona and Red Wing), Minnesota Beethoven Festival and Shakespeare Festival, many clubs and organizations, churches, weddings, funerals, reunions, and parties for any occasion and season. Our Equipment We have the equipment to do your event right: cargo vans with refrigerated units, hot and cold food and beverage containers, portable grills and griddles, chafing pans, china, glassware and linens. Chocolate fountains, snow cone, ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn machines are available for rent to make your event fun and memorable. Other caterers and businesses often rent equipment from Steak Shop Catering & Food Service for their own events. Where Do We Cater? We can cater to you at any location: your family farm, church, a local park, or community center. Winona Locations: We have catered at the Athletic Club, Eagles Club, Legion Club, VFW, Redmen's Club, Holzinger Lodge, Lake Park Lodge, Valley Oaks Lodge, Winona Elks Lodge, Winona History Center, Kiwanis Pavilion, Jaycees Pavilion, Unity Park, Farmer's Community Park, Stockton Community Center, Homer Civic Center, Tau Center, and Tandeski Center. Outside Winona Locations: Witoka Tavern, Coffee Mill, Alma Rod and Gun Club, Ettrick Rod and Gun Club, Lewiston Community Center, Centerville Curling Club, and Rushford Legion are some of the venues where we've catered.
