The office was in their home, with a shop in the basement of the present Baker Block Apartments, downtown Evansville. Today, R.A. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has a 23,000 square-foot facility that features a comfortable office and training area, service department, sheet metal fabricating shop, warehouse and receiving area with indoor vehicle loading and parking at 598 Water St., Evansville, WI 53536. However, we also carry several boiler products, including the Heatmor out-door wood boilers. We repair most makes and models of furnaces, excluding only trailer homes as we are not an authorized dealer for mobile home equipment and obtaining parts is very difficult. We do sales, service and installation of residential, commercial and light industrial jobs, within and around a 45-mile radius of Evansville, Wisc., but not leaving our state. We give free estimates on equipment replacement, offer 24-hour emergency service, our trucks are office-dispatched, we are licensed, bonded and fully insured. We have a full fabrication sheet metal shop fully staffed to handle walk-in and specialty needs. We utilize a flat rate pricing system to benefit our customers. We also give the customer a firm fair quote the first time, every time. One of our most unique qualities is that we have developed The "VALUE" (Visible Advantage Lowers Usual Expense) maintenance program for our service customers giving them the best service for their dollar and us an off-season service call that we can schedule at our convenience. This helps to control the work load that changes due to weather and gives us an actual repeat customer base which is an added value to the overall company.
