Our purpose is for each individual, from crawlers to tumblers to shine while developing the fundamentals of gymnastics. These fundamentals may include life and sport necessities such as the development of confidence, coordination, flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, goal orientation, self-esteem, leadership skills, and health and body awareness.
