When you sign up for an Open Gym Membership, you will get a personal trainer and the privilege of going into the gym any time during open gym hours and do your cardio or use fitness equipment. Our fitness center and membership gym has certified fitness trainers. They provide one-on-one training to help you learn how to set and reach your fitness goals. Our personal fitness trainers will also help you establish a habit that will improve your mind, body, and spirit, and help you realize the importance of proper nutrition. We have found that it takes approximately 27 days to form a new habit. By meeting our personal fitness trainers two to three times a week, we will be able to help you create a new, healthy habit.
