Senior Care Case Management staff has over 30 years of providing services to seniors and disabled adults here in the Shasta and Tehama Co. areas. We evaluate the client's needs, provide options taylored to the individual's desires then assist in the implementation of that plan as needed. We can also privide regular monitoring of a client's situation so the plan can be modified as needed. When changes are made we will counsel the individual regarding any adjustment issues. Our company is headed by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Case Manager who together have a combined 30+ years working with elders and disabled adults.
