Our process is simple: you’ll come in, fill out paperwork, talk to the doctor, and if you qualify you will receive: 2 documents, a large one for the dispensaries, and small one for your wallet, Both with the Doctor’s seal and Signature, both in a protective plastic sleeve. It’s your “get-of-jail-free” card if you have an issue with any law enforcement. You’ll always have proof you are a patient. Most importantly, Serenity Medical has what’s called a FNP Permit Number. This number is issued by the California Medical Board and required by the State for a Doctor’s office to be legal. Ask any Evaluation Clinic what their FNP Permit number is. If they do not have it, they ARE NOT legal. 80% do NOT have this number. Well, how does this effect you? Should you ever be in Court for anything, lawyers will validate the Doctor’s license and make sure that the Clinic you went to has that Permit number. If not, they will toss the Rec and you will be left in Court with no protection. If you are going to the trouble of getting a Recommendation, wouldn’t it be smart to get one that would hold up in Court, should you ever be in that situation? Its sort of like insurance…there if you need it. You can GROW your own medicine…NO GROWER”S permit required. Why?? There is no such thing as a growers/cultivation/vendor license. Your Recommendation allows you to grow as much medicine as you need but NO MORE. No selling to dispensary’s, not delivery service etc. For your own use is fine. Do not purchase a growers certificate. It’s a scam. Lastly, we are here 7-days-a-week to answer you call and help if needed. We do not want you to get shut out of the dispensary when you need your medication. We need to pre-qualify you by finding out what the medical issue is that you wish to talk to the doctor about. We need to have either medical records, prescription bottles or a report from a doctor verifying your condition. This is important to be complaint with the law.
