Our mission at the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Service Center, Inc. is to empower the deaf and hard of hearing individuals, help them live independently and achieve equality. We are a private, non-profit social service agency that serves individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf blind, and late-deafened, their families, friends, and community service providers. Our non profit agency serves Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Madera, Merced, Monterey, Mariposa, and San Benito Counties.
