For indoor storage you can choose from 5’x 5’ up to 11’ x 40’ and our outdoor storage sizes range from 7’ x 18’ to 14’ x 75’. Our office is open from 10am-6pm Monday-Friday, by appointment Saturdays from 11am-5pm, and closed Sundays and Holidays. The gate is open for your access to your unit between 7am-8pm 7 days a week year round. If you stay past the first month, you are expected to pay for the full month. • Rent is due on the 1st. $10 late fee is charged on the 6th and the 11th and the 16th if rent is paid late. • When you give proper notice, move out, and leave a clean unit and return the lock and key, we refund the deposit within 28 days. • We cannot accept security deposits in lieu of rent.
