To start the process, a Salus Homecare case manager will come to your parents’ home and conduct a free home care assessment to determine the needs of your loved ones. Then, a customized plan of care will be presented to you and your parents for review and approval. Once approved, we begin care giving services immediately. If your plan includes skilled nursing and physical therapy, the same case manager will schedule, supervise and coordinate the prescribed treatments. Salus is there to help you.
