Horses for Hope teaches equestrian skills to disabled people using the perfect partner-the horse. Through riding, the rider gains core muscle strength, increases respiration and coordination, and develops confidence. We also offer equine-assisted activities to increase self-awareness of behavior patterns in clients resistant to therapy. This program's service model is a team approach that combines an instructor, a therapist and a horse. We also rescue horses, ponies and donkeys.
