Acid Cleaning of grout and hard tiles. New/Color grout stain and seal of hard tiles. Clean and apply hard tile sealer to shower walls and floors. Removal of tub and shower grout and caulking and replace with new. Weekly interior/exterior property inspections. Assistance with guest lock-out. Offer Full Linen Services Pickup, Delivery, Wash, Dry, Fold and plastic wrap. Removal of balcony and/or patio outdoor furniture. Open and close outdoor shutters. Emergency water line breaks. Act as a liaison between contractors and absent home owners. Offer pickup and deliver of Supplies and Linens. Utilize cleaning products at full strength. Use proper hand tools to clean, polish and maintain your property. Utilize large clean rag mops on all hard floors. (never a sponge mop on hard tile floors)
