Helga holds a degree in Interior Design, is nationally certified by The Council for Qualification of Residential Interior Designers (CQRID), a member of the Interior Design Society (IDS), a Certified Architectural Color Consultant, an EPA Lead Certified Renovator and Past President and Past Executive Board President of Northwest Society of Interior Designers (NWSID). She is a licensed and bonded general contractor, a member of the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, was a Studio Designer at the Seattle Design Center from 1997 – 2010, and a Judge at the Seattle Street Of Dreams in 2003. Born in Germany and having lived and traveled abroad extensively, Helga brings a well-rounded knowledge of interior design as well as a fresh outlook to this country. She has explored the homes and lifestyles of peoples in several European countries, the Middle East and Asia.
