Totoya Sushi and Tempura Bistro is a small and cozy Japanese restaurant where they serve great traditional Japanese food such as juicy Duck Rikyu ($17), duck marinated in sesame sauce, and grilled, and Shilean Seabass Saikyo ($23), seabass marinated in soybean paste and grilled, as well as fusion style Japanese such as Sushi and Sashimi Tapas. Each Tapas dish will be served with different sauces with very unique presentaitons. Try their Scallop Ceviche with lime orange wasabi sauce and Red Snapper Strawberyy Milk with strawverry sauce (sashimi tapas) or Chipotle Crab with chipotle sauce and Roasted Gralic Albacore Tuna with garlic vinaigrette (sushi tapas). They also have great starters. Cage free chickens are the only chicken that they serve. Try their Yakitori (chicken skewers) with soy glaze or rock salt of your choice. It will take at least 10 minutes to cook but they are very juicy and full of flavor and worth waiting. Home Made Beef Gyoza and Fish Cake (also home made) are the great starter as well. They have a great lunch menu too! Totoya Lunch Plate is everyone's favorite. It is a combination of Chicken Teriyaki, shrimp Tempura and California Roll served with miso soup and a house salad. Try their Totoya Curry with Pork Cutlet. So many people come bask for it every week. Besides their luch specials, they have daily special menu which includes Tempura day (Tue), Buy One Roll and Get One Roll Free (Wed, less or equal value), 2pcs roll for $1.00( Thu, 2pcs of California, Tuna, Salmon, Tempura, Louisiana, Spicy Tuna, Spicya Salmon or Spicer Roll are just $1.00 so you can try different kind of rolls as many as you want) and Catch of the Day for $8.90 (Chef's choice of cooked fish) served with coleslaw, soup and rice.
