Restore your body's energy and experience the healing power of Reiki. We can provide you with the tools for living a more conscious life. You can do that by living in the moment, and being aware of every choice you make- from the thoughts in your mind, to the people in your life, the food that you eat, and even the soap you use on your skin. All of these things have the ability to affect our quality of life- they can add joy and nourish us, or they can weigh us down and make us vulnerable to disease. - Extensive collection of crystals and gems; - Eco- friendly products for your body, mind and soul; - Explore our Lending Library of self- help and spiritual books; - Attend our Workshops (including our popular Self-Restoration Saturday class) - Receive Reiki from one of our qualified and experienced practitioners; - Learn Reiki for yourself, and take charge of your own healing; - Relax in our quaint and comfortable Retail Therapy room, with a complimentary cup of herbal tea; - Many other unique products not found elsewhere in this area!
