Providing professional service. CranioSacral Therapy & Massage with Judith Sanford LMT, CST. My practice provides services for all ages, including infants. I am trained in the Upledger and Biodynamic craniosacral approaches. CranioSacral Therapy has a beneficial effect on your nervous system and thus affects your whole body It is useful in chronic and acute conditions, improving function and releasing deep held restrictions that are often missed with other therapies. During the sessions, which usually last an hour, you remain clothed and lie on a comfortable treatment table. CranioSacral therapy also helps babies resolve the impact of the birth process and is helpful for children in their development. After 36 years as an LMT and 23 years as a cranial therapist I am still continually developing my skills. I attend several continuing education events each year.
