Serving families in Central and S. Central Texas since 2006, Chisholm Cattle Company is your convenient source for tasty, natural Angus and Wagyu beef. To keep our prices as low as possible, we sell in bulk by the quarter share--directly from our ranch to your freezer. We facilitate the processing and make monthly deliveries to various pickup locations throughout the area. Our cattle roam in spacious pastures on our scenic ranches near Wimberley and Lockhart--check out the photos on our website. They are never confined to a feed lot or given hormones, antibiotics, or feed containing soybeans, urea, or animal by-products. We give our cattle tender, loving care! As full time cattle ranchers, we also produce fullblood Wagyu sires, dams, semen and embryos utilizing the finest genetics available.
