Dr. Anthony Bilotta and Dr. Michael Gross are Board-certified physicians who have served the Southwest of Chicago for almost twenty years in emergency medicine and family practice, as well as in occupational medicine. Our commitment to customer service is paramount: our main phone line connects to our cell phones, so we are available to our patients 24 hours a day! We are comfortable caring for children, adults and the elderly, in both emergencies and long-term care. We accept new patients, including Medicare, as well as BC/BS PPO. We offer a 20% discount for time of service payment. We will accept other plans or assist with billing as desired. Our clinic is a clean, brand-new full-service facility with a complete range of medications and supplies, Xray, lab testing and physical therapy on-site. We are located one-half block west of the Walgreens at Madison Street, at the Woodland Park entrance on the south side of Plainfield Road. Tony is a pilot and FAA aeromedical examiner. Michael is the Secretary and Medical Director for the Illinois State Soccer Association, and is a highly regarded expert witness in the field of workers' compensation, with a focus in orthopedics. Both of us teach at Midwestern University Medical School, and we are bilingual in Spanish. We also practice in Occupational Medicine and have the longest combined experience of any clinic in the area.
