Since the mid ‘70s, the secret recipes for Jean’s homemade shredded beef tacos and salsa have been the envy of mouth-watering friends and relatives. So special was the recipe that only Jean could make them for you. But when provided with the opportunity to share her tacos and salsa with the community to benefit local youth outreach ministry, Jean gave permission to her family to use her recipe and open a taco stand. Though the family secret recipe remains under lock and key, the tacos and salsa are now available to all.
