In our global community and highly competitive society, the ability to succeed, in any endeavor, depends on having good social skills and a polished presence. People make judgments about you in less than 30 seconds, without your saying one word. Making a great first impression is vital, because you never get a second chance to make one. In the past 20 years, my training company, The Image & Etiquette Institute of New Jersey®, has helped men and women excel in their careers by learning how to develop a professional image and manner. We also have helped raise the self-esteem and confidence of young girls and boys, ages eight through twenty years old, who have taken our etiquette and leadership programs. All training programs are held at my office in Fort Lee, New Jersey. In 2006, we created two CHARM COURSES for young girls and teens, and instituted a full Beauty Pageant Training program in 2007. The results of these programs have been very successful, and we have trained over 200 students. Many of our students become leaders of their peers after taking the Charm programs. We now have National and State Title Winners based on the BEAUTY PAGEANT TRAINING. Communication Skills is highly requested by Parents and Business People. I have created an intensive program in Vocal Articulation, Body Language, Public Speaking, and Interview Techniques to meet the needs of all students. Training also extends to young boys and teens in the POLISH PLUS program. Table Etiquette & Dining Skills is included in all programs. However, there is a separate program entitled TABLE TOP MANNERS for parents only seeking that training for their children. This program is usually a half-day on Saturday and includes a light tutorial lunch. The Institute now offers a certification program for instructors, educators, and home markers with college backgrounds, to become CERTIFIED ETIQUETTE INSTRUCTORS, to teach our programs. Package Programs and Payment Plans are available for all Training Programs. My client base is concentrated throughout Northern & Central New Jersey and Southern Connecticut. Please browse through my site and discover how my training programs can help you, your company, or your family achieve desired goals and greater success.

Fred Aiese, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is a psychotherapist, psychoanalyst and EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. He offers individual treatment approaches to fit the individual needs and goals of every single one of his clients. Fred Aiese, LCSW is located in the greater New York City area and is proud to offer his services to Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Manhattan and more. Fred Aiese, LCSW specializes in working with people from culturally diverse backgrounds whose life challenges have become too difficult to handle on their own. His specialties include therapy for individuals, couples, family or group therapies especially from diverse backgrounds or the LGBTQ communities, as well as parents and their latency-aged children. Mr. Aiese also caters to adolescents or adults who have under gone psychological trauma in their lives or have a substance abuse problem. Fred Aiese, LCSW is a graduate of Fordham University where he received his Master’s Degree in Social Work with a post-graduate psychoanalytic certification from PPSC. He’s held several clinical and administration positions during his career. He worked as a social worker at the Jewish Childcare Association and as a program manager at Gilda’s Club New York City. Gilda is an organization that helps build social and emotional support for men, women and children with cancer and their families and friends, too. He now holds more than 10 years of experience in psychotherapy and has his own practice where he helps patients take positive steps in the right direction to bettering their health and lives. Although there is a cultural stigma about therapy, there is nothing wrong with seeking help. If you had a broken leg, you would go to the doctor, right? Or if one of your friends or family members were suffering from a high fever, you would urge them to seek immediate medical attention, wouldn’t you? We go to the doctor when we are sick or when something in our body hurts, it’s only right that we seek the same kind of help when the challenges of life have become too difficult to deal with on our own. You should seek help if you are having difficulty getting out of bed, sleeping too much or too little, have a hard time motivating yourself to get the day rolling, have a lot of doubts in yourself, go days at a time depressed, you feel chronically tired with zero energy, and are bored or restless. Give professional therapy a try, and call Fred Aiese today to schedule an appointment or to learn more about how he can help you.
