When some patients come into our practice, they expect to get a "Quickie 5-Minute" eye exam. Being inside a Costco, some do not expect quality care, or they do not know what to expect. But when we are done, they are often very happily surprised at the full comprehensive exam, and our superior quality of care and service, and our attention to detail.
