Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is emerging as one of the most popular sports in the world, with MMA gyms developing all over the nation. Including here in "Track Town, USA", Eugene, Oregon! MMA includes a variety of well-respected martial arts and athletic disciplines. Many of the disciplines are included in the Olympic games (Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Karate, Gymnastics, and more). We at Peaceful Fighter Inc have created a facility focused on fitness, moral principles, and overall self-evolution. We are "Personal Trainers", where personalized 1-on-1 attention is our specialty. We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Classes include: boxing, kickboxing, submission wrestling, gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, circuit style training and meditation. In addition, every Saturday, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, we have a group of pro- and amateur fighters who donate their time at Peaceful Fighter Inc for a "pay it forward" martial arts class. A class in which the only payment is a good deed done by the participating student. The hope is that with awareness, Peaceful Fighter Inc can be of better service to the community and perhaps touch the lives of young people who might be at-risk. Martial Arts has been invaluable in the life of head trainer, Ryon Harris, and the other volunteer trainers. Peaceful Fighter Inc wants to offer another option for youth who might be turning to dangerous coping tools.
