Hard Pressed workouts stress the use of controlled lifting speeds and strict form in an efficient program. Every workout is 30 minutes of full-body strength training, with the emphasis on a high level of effort. We train this way safely by using a combination of free-weight and bodyweight exercises in conjunction with state-of-the-art machines. There is no jerking, bouncing, or yanking; every contraction is completed with control and purpose.
