My name is Tod Esquivel and I have been training and coaching for over a year and a half. I have trained clients with different needs ranging from nutritional counseling, obesity, online training post-rehab conditioning, seniors training, sport specific training, weight loss, youth training and 1 on 2 training. I train my clients at two Cardinal Fitness Centers here on the Westside of Indy-10th St. and Eagle Highlands. I also train in homes and Corporate Fitness Centers in the central Indiana area. My background as an elite runner for over 17 years has helped me realize my potential as an athlete. Running has made me disciplined, more relaxed, healthier. I have competed in races from the mile through the marathon. Some of my best times include a 4:42 mile, 1:12:00 half-marathon and a 2:49 marathon. I am interested in helping you achieve your personal fitness goals, stay motivated and accountable toward success. I train my clients consistently each week in a way that is challenging but safe. I am able to create exercise programs that incorporate muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, cross-training, as well as cardio-respiratory conditioning that is based on my clients’ needs and comfort levels. I have helped runners train for races from one mile up through a marathon, including the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon, and other specific distances.
