Dutch Pet Motel is a family owned and operated pet boarding company located in a scenic country setting in rural Crete, IL. There are several outdoor play yards in many different sizes for the dogs to enjoy as well as heated and air conditioned indoor available in 3 different sizes. Dutch Pet motel is owned and operated by Adam DuBuque, who himself has 6 dogs and 2 cats. The DuBuques truly understand and love caring for cats and dogs. They take the time and necessary steps to make each pet guest feel comfortable. Here, we understand how difficult it can be to leave your pet for boarding or grooming services. Our philosophy and mission is to treat all pets with love and respect as if they were our own. We are a member of the American Boarding Kennel Association and as such, abide by their strict code of ethics and pledges found in the Bill of Rights for Boarded Pets. We are also recommended by several local veterinarians for pet boarding and grooming. Services & Fees Boarding Rates (includes 4 pet outings per day—7am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm) Dog Boarding Small (under 25lbs) $20 per day Medium (under 26059lbs) $21 per day Large (under 51-80lbs) $22 per day Extra Large (over 80lbs) $23 per day Save 10% on 3 or more dogs! Cat Boarding $16 per day Rabbit, Bird, and other small mammal pet boarding $14 per day Going Home Baths $15-$25 Raised Bed Rental $1 per day Special Services Play Yard A member of our staff will take your dog or cat out to our extra-large play yard for 20 minutes of one-on-one play time and exercise ($5.00 per session). Nature Walk Very nice and long pet natures walk on a retractable leash around our grassy nature trail. Great for dogs that prefer a leisure walk over a fast game of fetch ($4.00 per walk). Peanut Buster Treats A durable, non-toxic rubber toy filled with peanut butter and all natural biscuits. Yummy fun for your dog ($3.00 each)! Grooming Services Basic grooming is available for your pet. Prices are based on the size of your pet and the condition of their coat at the time of grooming. Pet Boarding & Grooming Policies After hours pick-up & drop-off Any pet pick-up or drop-off that does not occur during our regular business hours must be arranged by appointment. A $27 service charge will also be added to your guest invoice. Pet Vaccinations All of our dog guests will need valid DHLPP, Rabies, and Boardetella vaccination certificates from their vets. Cats will need valid FCRCP and Rabies vaccination certificates from their vets. Locally owned and operated by Michelle Robinson, who has 10 years of professional grooming experience and expertise, Clean Paws Mobile Grooming services customers within a 15-mile radius. Michelle Robinson is the Certified stylist and proprietor of Clean Paws Mobile Grooming Salon. After several years of business building professions Michelle began to pursue a career in animal care which ignites her passion. In 2002, Michelle's love for animals set her feet in the direction of a major animal supply superstore where she began and continued an 8.5 year career that started as bather/brusher. After 2 years as a pet stylist, Michelle was promoted to the position of Grooming Salon Manager. Michelle's impeccable work ethic and pursuit for excellence led her to the position of Mentor Trainer at the recommendation of the District Manager. In 2007, Michelle's thirst for knowledge and pursuit of excellence, led her to challenge her skills through grooming competitions and pursuit of her certification with International Professional Grooming, Inc (IPG,Inc.). Michelle is currently working to complete her studies as a Certified Master Stylist with IPG, Inc, and is now certified in pet CPR. Michelle is also a member in good standing with the National Dog Groomers Association of America(NGDAA, Inc), Professional Cat Groomers Association of America, Inc (PCGAA). In 2012 Michelle will be working to become a Certified Master Feline Stylist with the National Cat Groomers Institute of America (NCGIA,Inc). Michelle's patience and dedication for her craft has opened a special niche for working with challenging pets.
