The Chardon NovaCare center has been providing physical therapy to the Chardon community since 2001. Our Chardon location is on Center Street and sits with easy access right between two physician offices. The physical therapist and physical therapist assistant create a dynamic team that involves unique treatments and exercises to treat their patients.
