Eric Bjorkman, Physical Therapist and Owner Armed with a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in physical therapy, Eric began his career in 2000 and launched Physical Therapy Solutions in 2006. An avid athlete, the Lincoln native has always been fascinated by the mechanics of the body and the healing process. Eric was drawn to physical therapy after experiencing it himself following sports injuries and after seeing his grandmother overcome limitations with PT. His greatest rewards come from the friendships he develops with his patients and seeing them improve with each visit. Pain comes in many forms with many causes. Treatment programs for pain relief combine different types of physical therapy treatments depending on the severity and cause of your pain. Some pain requires us to assist with loosening tight muscles, reducing inflammation, strengthen weak muscles or a combination of these approaches. The therapy plan often changes as your pain improves and you return to your daily lifestyle. You dont have to be in pain or discomfort to benefit from physical therapy.
