Olympic Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Olympic Chiropractic was founded in 1997 by Dr. Pat Calcagno. While attending Life University, in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Pat had a dream to one day open his own clinic in the suburbs of Chicago where he grew up. During the 1996 Summer Olympic Games (Atlanta) he decided to open his clinic under the name Olympic Chiropractic. Dr. Pat Calcagno quickly became an established care giver in the surrounding community of Carol Stream, Illinois. With a strong foundation of chiropractic philosophy and genuine care for his patients, Olympic Chiropractic's reputation grew. In the fall of 1998, Dr. Pat decided to hire his brother and future partner, Dr. Michael Calcagno. Dr. Mike brought an enthusiastic approach to chiropractic care that launched Olympic Chiropractic to what it is today. During the spring of 2003 Olympic Chiropractic became a multi-disciplinary clinic with the addition of physical therapy. During the summer of 2004 Olympic Chiropractic opened the third clinic of the Chicago Western suburbs in Sycamore, Illinois. In 2006, Olympic Chiropractic & Physical Therapy began to reach further across the suburbs of Chicago, by establishing a branch in Elmhurst, Illinois. The clinic director and treating physician of the Elmhurst Clinic is Dr. Michael Calcagno.

Since 1995 I provide Hands-On treatment for patients with headaches, injury and dysfunction including acute and chronic pain. I use gentle and effective osteopathic manual therapy, including cranial osteopathy, to treat a variety of ailments, from headache/migraine, acute injuries to more chronic conditions such as arthritis. Many of today's health problems arise from stress. Because stress upsets the delicate integral balance of all of our body's functions, regaining the balance oftentimes is most successfully treated with a holistic approach. My approach is conservative and is tailored to my client’s specific needs. I use techniques that safely and effectively reduce stress and also are widely used to help obtain relief from many specific problems. My biggest challenge working with many of my headache and chronic pain patients is helping them believe that they can live a symptom free life without pain. Unfortunately, many of them are so resigned to living with it they don’t believe it can be overcome. The good news: Possibilities are in your favor that you don’t have to live with it any longer.
