Our office staff will assist a patient in determining their insurance benefits for rehabilitation services. If you do not see your insurance listed, please call our office. We will verify benefits for you. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company for you. Our fees are established within the usual and customary limits for physical and occupational therapy treatment in our area.
