We are the premier group pilates studio providing pilates reformer, chair and springboard classes in the Tysons Corner area. Our studio is equipped with state of the art Balanced Body equipment and directed by a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience teaching fitness and pilates in the DC area. We offer a combination of classic and contemporary pilates exercises to help you reach your fitness goals and enhance your quality of life. We have seen first-hand just how beneficial pilates is in achieving personal fitness goals and maintaining a strong, healthy and aligned body.
