You can drop in and pay per class, buy a bundle or sign up for monthly classes. It’s your choice. Studio V accommodates ANY fitness level. We have a senior program, after school child & teen program, seasonal sports specific training/conditioning, adapted exercise and a weight loss/total body transformation program. We offer classes early morning, mid-day and late. We specialize in small group training and one on one coaching. We are very active in your results and progress during your training. We take confidential measurements and photos to monitor your success. We host monthly workshops for health and fitness education. We also host workshops for instructors, or those who would like to become instructors.
