Founded by a group of parents, Abiyoyo has been in the Westville community, New Haven, Connecticut for more than 30 years. We have a committed team of teachers and aides, and are licensed for 12 children per day. An Abiyoyo day consists of both structured and unstructured activities that are designed to encourage creativity and cooperative, caring interaction.There are many things that make Abiyoyo stand out from other daycare/preschool centers including: A devotion to healthy living - we provide healthy and organic food/snacks, have an organic garden, and a large portion of our day is spent outside! A close community of parents/teachers/alumni Committed staff that have been teaching at Abiyoyo for many years Monthly tuition covers curriculum, diaper, and snacks/meals (mostly organic food/brown rice/whole wheat bread/etc., lunch included).
