I have been a REALTOR since January, 2002. I specialize in lake properties on Lake Gaston serving both North Carolina and Virginia. I cover more than 350 miles of shoreline in 5 counties (Halifax, Northampton & Warren Counties in NC; and Brunswick & Mecklenburg Counties in VA). I have been a multi million dollar producer and hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as being a Graduate of the REALTOR Instititute (GRI) & Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). In North Carolina we must obtain 8 hours of continuing education per licence renewal and in Virginia I must obtain 24 hours per license renewal. I feel I am well educated in providing the services needed for buyers as well as sellers. Owning vacation real estate is a dream many have. I make it my business to help you realize your dreams. That's why my motto is 'Selling Lake Gaston Dreams!' For a list of testimonials, please visit my website at http://www.LakeGastonDreams.com Please call me if I can help you realize your dreams!! As a real estate agent selling homes on Lake Gaston, I have empowered myself to engage the luxury homebuyer and seller, and have expanded my knowledge while helping to ensure that Re/Max on the Lake clients receive the professional real estate services they expect and deserve. WHETHER YOU'RE BUYING OR SELLING, GIVE ME A CALL AND LET MY EXPERIENCE SPEAK FOR ITSELF!
