Sandoval Jr. – Operations Management Mr. Sandoval is a 2nd generation skilled roofer. He was taught by his father James Ben Sandoval Sr. who owns and operates Indian Jim Roofing out of Lake Havasu City Arizona. For over 28 years James has worked for several of Northern Colorado roofing companies as an expert journeyman roofer. Mr. Sandoval has taught many men how to roof including his own brother, sons and nephews. He now leads his brother Joe and sister Joni in their own family owned and operated roofing company. Joe M. Sandoval – Project Management Mr. Joe Sandoval worked for many years as the superintendent for a very large roofing company in Colorado. He is an expert in all types of roofing from slop shingles to flat and from residential to large commercial buildings. Joe brings his project management skills and his excellent networking relationships to Atmosphere Roofing Company. In addition Joe has an outstanding commitment to excellent customer service. Joni J. Clark-Sequeira – Business Development and Customer Service Joni has an extensive background in business and marketing working for hard disk drive giants such as MiniScribe, Maxtor and Seagate. She has managed several departments including Customer Service, Technical Support, Failure Analysis and she has served many marketing roles such as Product and Corporate Senior Marketing Manager. Joni was responsible for introducing new hard drive technologies into the market such as Serial ATA, Perpendicular Recording and Hybrid HDDs, she is well known in the industry for her technical acumen and ability to get the job done. Joni focuses her customer service and marketing background for the family business.
