Welcome to Moonies Resort! Nestled in a beautiful cove, we are located at the 591/2 mile marker on the Coffman Bend side of the lake. By car, it is approximately 21/2 hours from the Kansas City, Missouri and St. Louis, Missouri areas. Moonie's is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway and an excellent alternative for business people looking for a more personal stay. Closed for 11 years, the resort was renovated and reopend in 1998. Today, the resort sits on 34 acres, including 1,200 feet of shoreline, offering plenty of beautiful space to stroll and relax. Six R.V. hook-ups are available for campers. Moonies restored two of the original cabins and offers six new cabins. Each cabin is surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks without the usual crowds, offering solitude from one's hectic life. Our area features excellent fishing as well as great boating and skiing. Or perhaps a stroll on the grounds, viewing nature at its best, is what you require for renewal. Moonies Restaurant and Lounge sits on the shoreline and offers fine food and drink with live entertainment periodically for your enjoyment. Lake Breeze Resort is a beautiful lakefront property with traditional guest cottages along the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. While maintaining it old resort charm and rustic feel, Lake Breeze Resort offers an updated and clean place to enjoy the lakefront. It's beautiful setting is designed for families and friends to come together to enjoy lake activities such as sunset parties, swimming pool fun, lake swimming, fishing, boating, and pure lakeside relaxation. Lake Breeze Resort offers 2 & 3 bedroom cottages and single rooms. For those guests that don't enjoy the rustic décor, we have just remodeled our 4 unit apartments with a contemporary (condo-like) feel. We also offer boat rentals from pontoons to ski boats to kayaks! In the 2015, our new Wedding and Meeting Venues opens called Lakeview Terrace with spectacular views of the Lake of the Ozarks.
