Hot Rock Grilling It was a tiny little restaurant in Barcelona that our concierge said we had to try. Steak on a Rock was the restaurant's specialty and it was incredible! We knew we had to bring it to Twigs. When we arrived home, we could hardly contain ourselves as we explained it to my parents, Jim and Lorraine McPeak. They supported us completely and believed we had something Rochester would love. Hot Rock grilling is fun, different, and very social. Like fondue without the oil. We serve sliced Babcock pork, steak, and seafood and you cook it at your tabletop to your liking on a 650 degree granite rock. We offer numerous gourmet dipping sauces for your meat and seafood.
