George’s Sub & Pizza, locally owned and family operated, was founded by George Merisotis in 1958. We are Carlisle’s oldest Subs & Pizza shop and we have kept our tradition of using quality ingredients and great customer service. We have been voted “Best of Carlisle” by the Carlisle Sentinel consecutively since 2003. Here, our focus is on the people. We spend our money locally, meaning our dollars go back to the community, by obtaining quality ingredients from local markets. We use zero trans-fat cooking oils, which helps keep our food as healthy as possible. Carlisle is a wonderful place, and we are blessed to have every person come in and order anything from our menu. Horner's Corner BBQ is a locally owned and operated family business that grew out of a love of cooking, food, BBQ and a fantastic group of people. Brian Horner founded Horner's Corner BBQ in 2010 and it has become a local favorite in Carlisle. Our specialties are Texas Style Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smokehouse BBQ Chicken and Ribs.
