We service the needs of professionals, families, singles, working adults, students, elderly, and handicapped to name a few. Our rental properties have yearly, six month, three month, month-to-month leases, as well as short term rentals (corporate apartments, vacation rentals, lake cabins, etc.) We provide rental properties for events such as the Bristol Motor Speedway race weeks and the Jonesborough Storytelling Festival. We work with various churches, colleges, business organizations, newcomers, as well as a large local trade. Many of our property owners will offer lease-purchase as well as various types of rent-to-own situations with 100% owner financing. We serve the greater Johnson City, Elizabethton, Erwin, Jonesborough, Gray, and Piney Flats area. We will provide listings in Bristol, Kingsport, and other surrounding areas upon request. Our office is located near the Johnson City Mall across the street from Ramey Ford, in Princeton Square. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. If you call us after hours, please leave a message for a prompt call back after hours. We try to see clients on an appointment basis and we request that you call in advance during regular office hours so we can reserve a time for you. However, same day appointments are available - very often the same morning or afternoon. On occasion we can see you in the evening hours by appointment.
