Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (AMMA) is the largest gym offering classes in Boxing, Muy Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kali in Central Illinois. We offer women’s and children’s courses as well as self-defense. Our newly expanded facility is the biggest and best in the area. We have a full-size boxing ring, fight cage, large area of mats for practice, free weights, and cardio equipment. We also have a waiting area to accommodate parents while their children attend class. So how is Alphabet Soup Academy different than other preschools? First of all, we have a total of five acres of land near the woods for kids to run around on and explore! We will be adding on to the existing buildings in the near future. We plan to put a gym in for all the children to enjoy. This will be a great feature in the winter. The children will also be exploring the woods behind us by going on nature walks and using the woods as their classroom. Secondly, every room will have security cameras and all-day video surveillance that every parent will be able to tap into with a password secure protected website! Lastly, there will be a blogspot for each classroom on the internet where you can view blogs and pictures that your child’s teacher uploads. Parents will also be able to communicate with their child’s teacher through this website. What a great tool for parents! Infants: 6 weeks to 15 months: Our infant program is structured around what each individual infant needs. Each infant will be assigned their own teacher so they will have that connection of safety and security when they attend. During their day they will explore their world through play, songs, books, and interactive toys. There will be security cameras linked to a password protected website for all parents.
