Martial Arts World is like no other martial arts school, as we take into account personal development as it applies to the whole person through our 5 fitness's - physical, mental, moral, life and financial fitness. For adults, you will reduce stress, build physical fitness, stamina and tone your body. For children, our classes help build self-esteem, self-confidence, reinforce discipline and respect for their parents, teachers and themselves. We also focus on all our students developing an "I can do it!" attitude. We provide classes for children, families, and adults. We also have specialty classes for weight loss, MMA, and adult and children performance teams. We also run a full after school and summer camp program and are a "recommended provider" for over 20 Henrico County Public Schools.
